Step 1: Prescription intake
Prescriptions arrive through several channels — direct customer uploads, partner platforms (like QubeHealth or Orange Health), and walk-in requests. Each is timestamped and queued for pharmacist review.
We accept clear photographs and PDFs. The prescription must show the doctor's registration number, date, patient name, and signed medications.
Step 2: Pharmacist verification
A registered pharmacist reviews the prescription for legality (Schedule H/H1 compliance), drug interactions, dosage appropriateness, and completeness. Anything ambiguous is flagged and the prescribing doctor or patient is contacted before dispensing.
Step 3: Dispensing and packaging
Approved orders move to dispensing. Each medicine is picked from labeled bins, scanned against the order, and the batch number plus expiry date are recorded on the invoice. Cold-chain items are added last with insulated packaging.
Step 4: Last-mile delivery
Orders are routed to the nearest available rider. Customers receive an order confirmation, dispatch alert, and delivery confirmation. For Schedule H drugs, the original prescription must be presented at delivery if the soft copy was provisional.
