Medicine Delivery & Cancellations

At Ramdev Medical we aim to deliver genuine medicines quickly and reliably. This page summarises how delivery, prescription handling, and order cancellations work on the Ramdev Medical Platform.

Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver within the communicated timeframes but do not guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside our control.
  • We will not be liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information you provide.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we will not be liable for theft or damage.
  • Delivery charges will be shown during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; payment must be made upon delivery.
  • You will be notified when your order is confirmed and shipped.
  • If we cannot ship your order within 36 hours, we will cancel the unshipped portion and refund you.

International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. Orders must have shipping addresses in India.

Medicine & Prescription Policy

  • A valid prescription must be uploaded for all medicine orders unless exempted by law.
  • You may not upload the same prescription multiple times unless re-prescribed.
  • Medicines will be dispensed under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Your prescription details will be recorded in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You may be required to present your prescription during delivery.
  • We reserve the right to reject your order if the prescription does not meet statutory requirements.

Cancellations by Ramdev Medical

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including quantity limitations, pricing errors, or issues flagged by our fraud department. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded.

Cancellations by Customer

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

If your order qualifies for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to our review and verification — used or damaged products are ineligible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (except COD, which is refunded via NEFT or as health credits) and can take up to 15 business days.
