Ramdev Medical Payment, Returns, and Refund Policy
This Payment, Returns, and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Ramdev Medical (referred to as "Ramdev Medical," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes payments, returns, and refunds for transactions made through our mobile application or website (collectively referred to as the "Ramdev Medical Platform"), while utilizing our services.
Payment Terms
You can make payments using UPI, internet banking, debit, or credit cards for any products or services listed on the Ramdev Medical Platform. Upon proceeding with payment, you will be redirected to our payment aggregator partner ("Payment Aggregator"). By continuing with the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Payment Aggregator. Your payment details will be shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy and handled by the Payment Aggregator as per its policies.
Ramdev Medical will not be held responsible for incorrect payment details, such as invalid credit or debit card information, unauthorized usage, or any third-party access to your payment credentials. You are solely responsible for the use of any payment method.
The Payment Aggregator reserves the right to block transactions based on blacklisted accounts, IP addresses, devices, or geographic locations.
We are not liable for rejected payments due to fraud, authentication issues, overpayments, or any restrictions as per legal regulations, Payment Aggregator guidelines, or banking policies.
Specific Payment Modes
Whenever you choose a particular payment mode (e.g., QR code payment), you must comply with the specific terms applicable to that payment method. For QR code payments, ensure the accurate scanning and entry of the correct amount using UPI or a valid card through your preferred payment app.
Your data will be processed in line with the Payment Aggregator's privacy policies.
Return of Products and Order Cancellations
At Ramdev Medical, we aim to deliver the right products in excellent condition. We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your order qualifies for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to our review and verification process. Used or damaged products are ineligible for returns.

Eligible Return Conditions
- Delivery delays exceeding 48 hours beyond the estimated date.
- Delivered items differ from the order.
- Damaged or non-functional products.
- Missing parts or discrepancies in product description.
- Returned in original packaging with labels, barcodes, and tags.
- The batch number matches the invoice.
- Unused and unopened items.
Please note that we do not offer product replacements, only refunds after verification.
Non-returnable Products
Certain items, including temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., vaccines), baby care products, supplements, healthcare devices, personal care items, sexual wellness products, and others specified in our policy, are not eligible for return. For damaged items within these categories, contact customer care and a refund may be issued after verification.
Cancellations by Ramdev Medical
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion for various reasons, including quantity limitations, pricing errors, or issues flagged by our fraud department. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded.
Cancellations by Customer
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the payment method used for the purchase, except for cash on-delivery payments. Refunds will be issued only against verified cancellation or return requests made within 6 months of the order date.
Refund processing may take up to 15 business days, depending on bank timelines and applicable guidelines. Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be credited via NEFT or as health credits for future purchases on the Ramdev Medical Platform.
Refund timelines are subject to banking processes and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
To receive NEFT refunds, please provide the following:
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holder's Name
Ramdev Medical is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party affiliates, incomplete customer information, or other technical issues.
